RCTC implemented an ADA compliance program and appointed the Commission's Deputy Executive Director to serve as the ADA Coordinator to assist the public with questions and concerns regarding disability discrimination. The ADA Coordinator also serves as the primary contact when a public member requests an auxiliary aid or other service to improve communication including making information available in other languages. The ADA Coordinator is also responsible for investigating and hopefully resolving discrimination complaints.
Any person who believes she or he has been aggrieved by any unlawful discriminatory practice under ADA may file a complaint with RCTC.
